How Our Provider & Handyman System Works

Our platform connects trusted service providers with skilled handymen to deliver exceptional services to customers.

👤 Who is a Provider?

A Provider is a verified company or individual business owner that operates with one or more handymen under their brand. Providers are responsible for managing their team and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Before a provider can be fully approved on the platform, they must submit the following documentation:

✅ CAC Certificate (Proof of business registration)

✅ Valid Government-Issued ID

✅ Business License or Trade Permit

✅ Proof of Address

✅ Any Relevant Certifications

All submitted documents will be reviewed by our internal compliance team before activation.

🔧 Who is a Handyman?

A Handyman is a skilled technician (e.g., electrician, plumber, mechanic) who works under an approved provider.
Handymen are not independent—they operate under the supervision and management of a provider.

When a handyman registers:

Their details are submitted to the provider.
The provider must verify and approve them.
Then, our company will also review and activate the handyman profile.
This ensures a two-level verification: first by the provider, then by the platform—guaranteeing trust, safety, and professionalism.
