1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:
- The service was not delivered or was significantly different from what was described.
- A service provider failed to arrive or canceled without notice.
- Duplicate or unauthorized payments were made through the app.
- The user cancels a prepaid service in accordance with our cancellation policy.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Completed services where the issue was not reported within 24 hours.
- User dissatisfaction based solely on personal preferences after service completion.
- Late cancellations that violate our cancellation window.
- Payments made outside the Linkfixt platform.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Your full name
- Reason for the refund request
- Any supporting screenshots or evidence
- Our team will respond within 3 business days with a resolution or request for more information.
4. Refund Processing
If approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
